Recent and ongoing projects include:

• Propose, design and facilitate modules and courses for professional development and corporate learning for clients in public and non-profit sectors

• Develop and deliver multi-modular courses for Certificate in Professional Learning in Intercultural Competencies program, McMaster Continuing Education

• Develop and deliver presentations for various chapter events, Human Resources Professional Association, including: “How to Robot-Proof Your Career”; Mitigating Intercultural Conflict; (Trans)Gender-Inclusive Leadership

• Consult as DEI advisor for team of developers of a scenario-based Futures Thinking course

• Serve as guest speaker on podcast series on Artificial Intelligence in the Workplace, in suite of leadership development programs

• Complete a multi-module training program for leaders on how to apply benchmarks and use a performance assessment tool to align and measure diversity, equity, and inclusion in various public and community sector organizations across Ontario
